Prices may vary based on character complexity. (adding wings, complex pattern etc)

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the commissioned work at any time.
• I reserve the right to stop working with the client if it occurs.
• I wont accept commissions that involve bigotry or hate symbols in any way.
• The prices listed on my commissions page may vary depending on the complexity of the work.
• I do not give permission for my art to be fed to train ANY AI tool, be it image, text or video form. You must not try to edit, transform or replicate my artwork utilizing any AI tools. That is valid for all types of my artwork, be it commissioned or my personal work.
• I dont give permission for my art to be used in any type of NFT or crypto trading.

II. ABOUT PAYMENT

• Payment must be through Paypal or Wise if it is in USD. If it is in BRL, the payment will be via Pix.
• Payment can be done in full price upfront or 50% before i start to work and 50% after the final piece is approved, but before i send it. I will only send the final version of the art piece after the confirmation of the rest 50% payment.
• Customers who opt for the full payment have priority in the queue
• A rush fee can be negotiated in case of deadlines that require the art to be finished in less than 15 days. It may vary depending on the number of days.
• If the artwork is for commercial use, the price will have a minimum increase of 100% of the total amount.

III. REFUND POLICIES

• I reserve the right at any point in time to discontinue work with a client if mutual respect is not adhered to at all times during the process.
• The client retains the right to cancel and request a refund at any time during the commission process. I will refund the amount proportional to the work not done.
• THE CLIENT MAY NOT ISSUE A CHARGEBACK IF THE COMMISSIONED WORK IS BEING WORKED ON UNDER THE APPROVED DEADLINE OR IF IT IS ALREADY DELIVERED AND APPROVED BY SAID CLIENT.

IV. ABOUT THE WORK PROCESS

• After payment is done, I will deliver the sketch to be approved by the client. Once approved, I will start the final artwork.
• The client may ask for a maximum of 3 major revisions on the sketch and coloring phase.
• If the client ask for more than the maximum amount of revisions permitted, an additional fee will be charged for every revision made after the limit.
• After the sketch is approved, the client may not ask for any major revisions. Limited minor revisions are permitted.
• The client will receive at least one update on the commissioned work every week.

V. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

• The client will receive the final product file, by default as a full resolution PNG via email, unless other type of file is needed.
• An additional fee will be charged if the client asks for the .PSD/.CSP file.
• Wips and files to be approved may be delivered in a reduced resolution and with a watermark.
• I will only send the full resolution files after the corresponding payments are made.

VI. COPYRIGHT POLICIES

• I, the artist, retain full copyright over any commissioned works, as well as the rights to post the artwork and the drawing process on my social media.
• The characters portrayed in the commissioned works remain copyrighted by their owners, I retain the rights only over my work.
• The artwork is by default for personal use only. If it is to be used for commercial purposes, the client must communicate the commercial intent and pay the additional fee.
• The client cannot claim the artwork as made by them.
• The client cannot draw over, paint or change details about the artwork unless previously discussed.
• The client cannot ask for a sketch commission and then ask another artist to finish it.
• I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION for my art to be fed to train any ai tool, be it image, text or video form. You may not try to edit, transform or replicate my artwork utilizing any AI tools. That is valid for all types of my artwork, be it commissioned or my personal work.
• i do not give permission for my art to be used in any type of NFT or crypto trading.

VII. WHAT CONSTITUTES AS PERSONAL USE

• Using the artwork for icons, profile pictures, banners and backgrounds, on the condition that I am properly credited for it.
• Making prints, pins or stickers for personal use only. Selling products derived from my work is not allowed if you didn't pay the commercial fee.
• Posting the artwork on any social media, as long as I am properly credited for it.

VIII. ABOUT ADOPTABLES

• I retain the rights to the artwork made of the adoptable, as well as the rights to post the artwork on my social media and portfolio, with credit to the owner after it is sold.
• The adoptable cannot be resold by the new owner for a higher price unless they have invested in other products of the character.
• The buyer cannot use the adoptable's design to make other products such as prints, pins or stickers with commercial intent unless they paid the commercial fee for the character. Those are permited for personal use.
• The commercial fee is double the total price of the adoptable.
